Stabilizer


I am a breaks producer, DJ, and dog owner from S.E London now serving my pennance in Bath. For some reason I record under the name Stabilizer, and I release stuff on the London based Boombox Records and the Exeter based FUNctional Breaks as well as doing remixes for Plastic Raygun and Backroom Records, among others. For a full release/remix list check the releases section On the DJ front I can mainly can be found despoiling the country's ears in a breakbeat fashion in places as diverse as Bristol, London, Bognor and Berlin... In Bath you can find me Djing breakbeat of various kinds regularly in Moles Club after the band on a Saturday, and The Hat & Feather (Officially the coolest pub in Bath, If not England!). I've also recently launched a series of one-off fridays with Ilixir called Slack (also held at Moles Club) bringing the hottest breakbeat talent the UK and Europe has to offer to a small, smelly club in Bath. Slack nights have included DJ's such as DJ Hyper (Y3k, Bedrock, Tyrant), Phantom Beats, Stereo Deluxe (all the way from Berlin!) and I've got Scissorkicks and the Beatz and Bobz crew booked in for the next two.
