We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by www.fun-1.com If you're returning an item purchased from any other retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

Products purchased that are not downloadable, such as CD and Vinyl, may be exchanged for goods of equal value. However, before any product may be returned, the customer must notify sales@fun-1.com . It is the customer's responsibility to notify FUN Recordings of any exchange, to be made within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

In order to obtain an exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to sales@fun-1.com

Exchanges will only be made for faulty or damaged goods, NOT for any error of choice/ordering on the part of the customer. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

FUN Recordings will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise that were a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to FUN Recording’s online shop. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working address.

In regard to fraudulent credit card charges/fraudulent claims, all requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical and legal departments. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorised card usage, we will report this to the credit card services.

FUN Recordings reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the FUN Recordings website. Our refund policy is made available on our website. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
